Pay: $22-$30/hour (based on experience) + overtime opportunities

Join a team that takes pride in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. We're looking for a dependable, experienced Landscape Crew Leader to guide a small crew and deliver high-quality results on every job.

What You'll Do

Lead and supervise a crew of 2-5 team members on landscaping projects
Plan and execute daily work schedules efficiently
Perform landscaping tasks, including mowing, trimming, planting, mulching, and cleanups
Operate and maintain equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
Ensure jobs are completed on time and meet quality standards
Communicate with clients professionally when needed
Train and mentor crew members
Enforce safety procedures and company policies

What We're Looking For

2+ years of landscaping experience (leadership experience preferred)
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to lead a team and stay organized under pressure
Valid driver's license (chauffeur/CDL a plus, if applicable)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather
Basic knowledge of landscaping equipment and maintenance

Now Hiring: Irrigation Specialist

We're looking for a reliable and skilled Irrigation Technician to join our team. If you enjoy working outdoors, solving problems, and keeping landscapes healthy and efficient, this could be a great fit.

Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems
Diagnose system issues and perform timely repairs
Adjust sprinkler heads, valves, and timers for optimal performance
Conduct seasonal system start-ups and winterizations
Ensure water efficiency and compliance with local regulations

Qualifications:

Experience with irrigation systems (residential or commercial preferred)
Knowledge of controllers, piping, and troubleshooting techniques
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong attention to detail and work ethic
New install, zone and major repair estimate knowledge a plus.
