For design-build projects, we develop a plan — layout, materials, plantings, and phasing if you want to build over time. Then you get a written proposal that spells out scope, materials by name, timeline, and price. No allowances that balloon later, no vague line items.
We will walk you through every line and adjust until the plan fits your property and your budget. You approve before anything is scheduled.
Our own crews do the work — the same people, project to project, led by a foreman who knows your plan. Hardscapes are built to manufacturer spec: full excavation, compacted base, proper drainage. Plantings go in with amended soil and are watered in before we leave.
We protect lawns and drives, keep the site clean at the end of every day, and keep you informed if weather moves the schedule.
Before we call a project done, we walk it with you — every edge, every plant, every switch. You get care instructions for new plantings and hardscapes, and answers to anything you want to know.
And we stay reachable. If something needs attention after we leave, you call the same office and the same people come back. That is what 43 years in one community looks like.
Every hardscape we build is covered by our workmanship warranty. Ask for the written terms with your proposal.
